Having worked alongside Richard since taking over TMS, Natasha co-ordinates with all customers and staff, ensuring the business is run effectively, delivering a high quality service.

Contract Manager

Jason Reed

With over 30 years in construction and project maangement under his belt, Jason joined TMS in 2024 and since then has taken over many of our larger contracts, ensuring that they are run efficiently, whilst mainting the high quality standard TMS is known for.  

M&E Manager

Chris Barnes

​

Chris is responsible for managing M&E compliance at TMS and oversees our electrical and gas divisons. As part of the this role Chris coordinates a range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the robust delivery of a high quality service. 

Supervisor - Adaptations

Giles Cutlan 

​

Giles previously specialised in floor fitting, and since being at TMS his role has developed into supervising and coordinating the delivery of disabled adaptations and void works for our customers. Giles works closely with cutomers and contract holders to ensure a quality service.

Supervisor - General Building

Leighton Jones

Leighton has ample management experience in the construction industry, and since being at TMS has been responsible for the coordination and delivery of void works, ensuring that we adhere to timescales and provide an efficient, quality and relaible service.
